GRATERFORD A guard at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford is being charged with felony institutional sexual assault after an inmate wrote a letter to Pennsylvania State Police alleging he was forced to perform sexual favors to avoid losing prison visitation rights.
The inmates letter included a sample of the guards semen as evidence, according to court records. Ganues, 40, of Upper Darby, was arrested Tuesday and arraigned before District Judge Albert J.
